$625 million dollar Powerball numbers to be picked Saturday night

After the 25th Powerball drawing in a row without a grand prize victor, the lottery's jackpot hit $750 million, according to a press release.

The numbers drawn for the $625 million jackpot were: 24, 25, 52, 60, and 66 and the Powerball was 5.

The buyers of three tickets shared the country's largest jackpot: a almost $1.59 billion Powerball prize drawn on January 13, 2016.

It is the seventh largest jackpot in US lottery history.

The Mega Millions jackpot has reset after someone in Missouri won $50 million last week. It typically takes Powerball about one to two hours to process all the tickets and announce if someone won.

The March 27 drawing of the Powerball will be the fourth largest in the nations lottery history at $750 million.

The odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 292,201,338, according to the S.C. Education Lottery. No one has all five winning numbers, plus the power ball.

The victor claimed his winning prize on Monday at Lottery Headquarters in Dover, Delaware.

Sales cut off at least 59 minutes before the drawing, according to the Multi-State Lottery Commission.

The victor has six months to claim their prize.
