Warriors point guard Steph Curry involved in car accident

Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry was not injured when he was involved in a multicar accident on a California highway Friday morning. Curry stopped his vehicle along the center divide to wait for help, the CHP said. Despite the crash, no one suffered any injuries and no one appeared to be under the influence of anything, the CHP said.

It all went down around 9 AM - the Golden State Warriors star was driving on Highway 24 when a auto spun out a collided with Steph's black Porsche.

Authorities say Curry was driving a black Porsche on Friday when the driver of a Lexus lost control and struck his vehicle.

An Oakland television station reported a California Highway Patrol spokesman as saying a auto spun out on the freeway and collided with the front of the Porsche before a second vehicle rear-ended it.

There were no reported injuries, and the CHP said weather may have been a factor in the crash. He was not scheduled to play in Friday night's game against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Nothing is going right for the Warriors right now, but they avoided a potential disaster Friday morning.

The crash happened as Curry was headed to shootaround.
