Disney's Live-Action Aladdin Trailer Coming Tomorrow

The very first look at the live-action "Aladdin" debuted on October 11, and it looks incredible.

The mouse house has released a very short teaser of their upcoming remake of "Aladdin".

The trailer gives us our first brief glimpse of the sands of Agrabah, our titular hero (played by Mena Massoud), the ever-so-famous lamp, the Cave of Wonders and everyone's favourite macaw, Iago.

In the original film, "street rat" Aladdin frees the Genie from a magic lamp, earning three wishes in the process. People love Aladdin, and while I'm sure there will be some additions and some alterations, overall the new movie will likely bear a strong resemblance to the animated original. The wait is going to be so worth it. The tagline reads, "Choose Wisely". The Suicide Squad actor, who will be playing the magical Genie in the much-awaited film, took to his Instagram account to share the first poster.

Fans will have to wait until next May to truly see what Ritchie has in store for the remake. HollywoodLife actually saw the first footage of the film back at CinemaCon in April 2018.

Along the way he falls in love with Princess Jasmine, enlists the genie's help to make him a prince and win her heart - all while running afoul of the sorcerer Jafar.

Smith, of course, has been tasked with bringing Al's iconic pal Genie to life - a role originated in the 1992 animated classic by the late Robin Williams.
