Reporter apologises to Trump

President Donald Trump has demanded and received an apology from a Washington Post reporter over a photo of Trump's Florida rally on Friday. So later on Saturday, Trump sent a tweet accusing Weigel and the Post of willingly using a "phony photo" and spreading fake news.

Trump also demanded Weigel apologize for publishing a photo of the empty arena as it had been made hours before the president's arrival and many people had not come yet.

U.S. President Donald Trump has rarely been shy to voice his disapproval of the Washington Post, a newspaper he has repeatedly denounced as being a "fake news" organization. "They were caught red handed, just like lonely Brian Ross at ABC News (who should be immediately fired for his "mistake")", Trump tweeted in response. I apologize. I deleted the photo after @dmartosko told me I'd gotten it wrong. On Saturday morning, he attacked CNN for making a what called a "vicious and purposeful mistake" when it was forced to correct a story about the Trump campaign and WikiLeaks. "FAKE NEWS, he should be fired", he said.

CNN, in another tweet, he said, is the "least trusted name in news".

"Oh thank you, CNN, thank you so much". Therefore, Weigel has no idea what time that particular photo was taken, and no one with any sense of ethics or concern for accuracy would judge crowd size based on any photograph without Trump standing at the podium. "Watch to see if fires those responsible, or was it just gross incompetence?" he asked. "Give their place to a more deserving media outlet", News.com.au reported. "Everyone knows this is not true, that this could, in fact, be a fraud on the American Public", Trump wrote on Twitter.

So when is Trump going to acknowledge his crowd size lie?

Trump has over 44 million followers on Twitter.

Trump's ABC jab referred to the network's investigative reporter who was suspended for four weeks without pay after he erroneously reported that Michael Flynn, the former national security adviser, had been directed to make contact with the Russians.

Trump appeared at the venue of the rally on Friday in order to urge Alabama voters to "get out and vote" for Republican senatorial candidate Roy Moore, who was recently accused of sexual harassment of minors.
