New Overwatch hero Moira and new map revealed

They made the announcement atBlizzCon [VIDEO] 2017, and though Blizzard didn't set a timeline for her introduction into the game's playable characters, she's fully playable on the show floor at #Blizzcon and is scheduled to hit Overwatch's PTR (Public Test Region) before being released into the game.

She's got to balance these, though: using the healing attack, she expends energy, which is then replenished with her damaging attack, which also heals Moira.

Moira, the shooter's latest addition, is a support hero that can heal teammates and teleport around the map. She will take a support role in the game thanks to her biotic abilities that allow her to heal or deal damage. Once she's charged Coalescence, Moira can save multiple allies from elimination at once or finish off weakened enemies. She's a geneticist that once worked alongside Reaper, AKA Gabriel Reyes, in Blackwatch.

"Dissent among her peers soon followed".

Desperate to make scientific breakthroughs, Moira always wanted to make a name for herself, but so far, she's unknown to most of the world. Instead of kickstarting her career, her paper seriously damaged her reputation. She continued her work in the shadows while developing new weapons and technologies for the organization. Eventually however, her legion with them was unveiled, but high-ranking Overwatch officials lied and said they had no knowledge of her ever being a part of their organisation.

"After Overwatch was disbanded, O'Deorain was forced to turn to unconventional sources of funding".

"But now that she has been freed from all constraints, it is only a matter of time before everything changes".
