Destiny 2 Teaser Trailer Released, Full Reveal Set for March 30th

So by coincidence or by providence, just as this latest "leak" appears we have the first teaser for Bungie and Activision's Destiny 2!

It looks like the devs wanted to get Guardians pumped for the new event for Destiny by announcing Destiny 2, which was done by Bungie via Twitter.

Speaking during its financial conference call for calender year 2016, Activision CEO Eric Hirshberg revealed at the time details of the publisher's upcoming fiscal year, and insisted that Destiny 2 was destined for a 2017 release.

Destiny 2 will not allow players to carry over their progress, with many speculating that there will be some sort of story explanation for the character reset.

Information regarding the highly anticipated sequel to the popular game, DESTINY, has been slowly rolling out. All we really know is that it is official. The image below shows that Destiny 2 is confirmed to have timed exclusive content for the PS4 users and details regarding the content will be revealed this Summer. However, once again, the accurate Destiny YouTuber/gamer My Name Is Byf, has once again predicted another Destiny rumor that he covers in his newly posted video below.

This is what many Destiny fans have been waiting for.

A Destiny 2 beta is also set to be released on PS4 in June before other platforms, no dates have been confirmed for Xbox One and PC. Neither Activision nor Bungie have responded to these leaks. That said, one thing about Destiny 2 won't be changing - PlayStation 4 owners will still get all the best goodies. The land beneath probably indicates The Last City, and the Destiny 2 logo sits atop the setting. This leak prepared fans about the announcement of the game.

"D2 is a completely different game", said one person familiar with Destiny 2 to Kotaku. The game will also be more open to all and more accessible to casual players.

When is the Destiny 2 release date? We are going to recognise the dedication and passion you've shown for this world.
