Unemployment rates drop in Nebraska and Lincoln

Statewide, California unadjusted unemployment rate fell to 5.0% from 5.2% in January. That's because Connecticut's population is more educated than average, and the more schooling you have, the less likely you are to be unemployed. It was 5.8 percent in February 2016.

Nationally, U.S. employers added 235,000 jobs in February while MA gained 10,100.

George Zeller of Cleveland, an economic research analyst, said Ohio's job growth in February had to be put into perspective. The total number of working Iowans increased to 1,639,700 in February.

The highest growth sectors for IN in February were manufacturing and trade, transportation and utilities, though gains were offset by losses IN the leisure and hospitality sector. There were 501,000 jobless Floridians out of a labor force of 10,058,000.
